Automatic Bill Pay (ABP) authorizes MID to deduct funds from your account (bank, savings and loan, or credit union) each month to pay your MID bill. ABP ensures that your MID bill is always paid on time. You receive a monthly statement and have 10 calendar days from the statement date to review it before the payment is deducted from your account.

To sign up

1. Fill out and sign the application form.
2. Provide the bank account information you want to use to pay your electric bills. The name on the customer's MID account must be the same as the name on the bank account.
3. Return the completed form to MID by one of the following methods:
   
   
   • Include it with your next MID payment.
   • Bring it to one of our locations.
   • Mail in a separate envelope with the correct postage to
     MID, PO Box 4060, Modesto, CA 95352-4060.
