MID Board Meetings
Meetings are held at 9 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in the Board Room at the MID main office, 1231 Eleventh Street, Modesto. Additional meetings may be scheduled on other Tuesdays. Board meetings are also streamed live for those who are unable to attend. View past recorded Board meetings and agendas below.

Meeting Procedures of the MID Board of Directors
Instructions for Participating in MID Board Meeting via Zoom Webinar or Phone
Members of the public may participate in the meeting in-person. Alternatively, members of the public may observe the meeting by utilizing Zoom’s webinar feature or through a phone number but will not be able to provide public comment through the webinar.
Members of the public may also email public comments by 3:00 p.m. on the day preceding the Board meeting to the Board Secretary. Email Angela Cartisano directly or email the Board general mailbox. If public comments are timely submitted by email, then those comments will be identified during the public input section of the Agenda or during a specific agenda item if the agenda item is identified in the email.
The Brown Act does not require a member of the public to state her or his name; please indicate in your email if you want your name stated or if you want to remain anonymous.
