How to Watch and Participate in Board Meetings

Board meetings are conducted in a hybrid format with virtual attendance available via Zoom.  A link to the Zoom meeting will be included on that meeting’s agenda.

Members of the public may log into Zoom; however, functionality will be limited to view-only.

Stream Live Online

A Live stream is available for all Board meetings. Find meeting information under the upcoming events section. Join the Zoom live stream.

Watch and/or Participate Via Zoom

On Your Desktop/iPad or Tablet/Laptop

1. To join the webinar, click the link published in the Agenda for the current meeting about 5 minutes before webinar begins.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install and/or launch the Zoom application.
3. If prompted, enter the meeting number published in the Agenda.
4. All public attendees will enter the meeting muted.

On Your Phone:

1. To join the meeting by phone, call the number published on the Agenda for the meeting.
2. Enter the meeting number published on the Agenda, then hit the # symbol.
3. All public attendees will enter the meeting muted.
