Each month, many MID customers seek emergency assistance to help pay their electric bills. With MID’s Good Neighbor Program, you can lend a helping hand and donate money to a designated fund for MID customers who seek assistance. MID works with the Salvation Army to ensure that 100% of the donations go only to those MID customers who are experiencing hardships.
If you would like to make a one-time or monthly donation to the Good Neighbor Program, please complete the application and return it to MID.
